School of Graduate Studies

The School of Graduate Studies at Central Connecticut State University was established in 1955. Graduate enrollment is approximately 2,400. The University offers graduate programs leading to the degrees of Master of Science, Master of Arts, Master of Arts in Teaching, three Sixth Year Certificates in Mathematics, Reading and Language Arts, and an EdD in Educational Leadership. The University also offers Post-Baccalauereate Teacher Certification and Official Certificate Programs at the Graduate level.

Each year, the University awards graduate degrees to approximately 600 students, with an additional 200 students completing teacher certification.
