Administrative Clerical Tuition Waiver Form

Tuition Waiver Form for Unclassified Employees (AAUP, SUOAF, Management/Confidential)

NOTE: The AAUP contract allows for tuition waiver for courses at any university within the CSUS on a "space available basis." Tuition waivers are not available for faculty or family members enrolled in the Ed.D program, since it is cohort based.
