The Department of Reading and Language Arts offers a Master of Science degree program, a Sixth Year degree program, and an Advanced Official Certificate Program in Reading and Language Arts leading to Advanced Certification in Reading and Language Arts as Reading Specialist (102) and/or Literacy Coach (097) by the State of Connecticut.
