One Sided
The default setting for all jobs is single sided. You have the
option to change this by selecting back to back.
Back to Back
Choose this option if you want the image printed on both sides
of the sheets.
Remember that each side of the sheet is chargeable.
We have a special discount for choosing back to back. It will be
automatically calculated with the savings in place.
Staple
Check this box to have your work stapled. To unselect it simply
click the box and turn it off. This will give you sets that are
collated but not stapled.
Collate
This option is also a default setting. Click on the box if you
want to deactivate this feature.
Stack
This feature is used when multiple pages that do not collate are
being run. For example, if you wanted 10 copies of 9 pages and
each was a separate handout, The stack feature would be checked.
The result would be 9 stacks of 10 copies each.
Important: To use this feature all of the sheets
must be the same size, color, quantity and either all one sided
or all two sided. The machines can only do one or the other.
Folding
The copy center can fold only single 8.5 x 11'' and 8.5 x 14''
sheets into thirds or in half. We can also do label folds.
Special Packaging
Chose this option for special packaging in a finished job.
Three-hole punching
Our machines are equipped to three hole punch jobs while the job
is being run. We can not punch work that has already been
printed. Checking this box activates this feature. Please insure
that you supply ample margins for the holes.
Plastic Cover
The Copy Center has a Cover Bind Plastic covering machine. This
unit takes 8.5 x 11'' sheets and binds them into clear plastic
covers. This chargeable option is for high quality or high
impact work. It is for use on low volume quantities. Remember to
set ample margins for these books.
Number of Pages
The Page Count is the number of printed pages that you are
submitting. It is not the number of sheets that you end up with.
Each printed side of a sheet is a page.
Number of Copies
The block indicates the number of copies you want printed.
Pickup Method
You can choose either to have the job sent to your department
via campus mail or held for pick up. Tests are the only
exception. Instructors or Department Secretaries are the only
individuals authorized to pick up tests. They cannot be sent
through the mail or be picked up by a student worker.
Contact Method
The first option is chosen by default. It is the most convenient
of the three. You will be notified as soon as the job is
finished by e-mail. You may choose telephone if you don't check
your e-mail often.
Special Instructions
You can specify additional options for the job you submit. These
options may not be listed in the submission form or they can be
specific requirements concerning the job submitted. |
