Purpose of the MRMC is to:
  • Identify and recommend qualified minority candidates to search committees

  • Arrange mentoring opportunities for newly appointed minority personnel

  • Enhance the professional development of minority employees during the first 1-3 years of employment

Meeting Schedule
The MRMC meets the first Friday of every month at 2pm in the Enrollment Center Conference Room

FUNDING REQUESTS
 

Minority members of SUOAF who are in their first 3 years of employment may request funding to pursue an advanced degree, obtain professional certification or other training or education.

To request funding:

1. Complete the Funding Request Form
    (click here to access the form)
2. Attach supporting documentation to the form
3. Submit one copy each of the form and the documentation to the MRMC Chair and the Chief Personnel Office at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the program.
