is mandatory, unless waived online at CentralPipeline prior to the start of term.
Fall 2013 covers the period 8/1/13 to 1/11/14, Spring 2014 covers the period 1/12/14 to 7/31/14.  If waived for Fall term, waiver automatically rolls over to Spring.
