The community and applied social psychology track focuses on the comunity settings, social resources, and human services policies that influence the effective functioning of both individuals and communities. It prepares individuals to apply psychological principles to the analysis of social problems, as well as the implementation of prevention and intervention strategies for addressing these problems.

The general track provides students with a broad based degree in psychology, planned with the assistance of a graduate advisor. 

The health psychology track promotes an understanding of how biological, behavioral, and social factors influence health and illness. Individuals are prepared to understand how people react psychologically when they are diagnosed with an illness, and to implement strategies that promote healthy living and prevent disease.
