Associate in Project Management Exam Preparation

Course Description:
Participants will acquire the knowledge necessary to successfully pass the Certified Associate in Project Management Certification (CAPM) Exam. This 3-module certificate is based on the Project Management Knowledge Areas and the Five Project Management Process Groups. Techniques used will enhance participant’s understanding, comprehension, and retention of critical knowledge and skills attained. Participants completing the 3 modules will be awarded a Certificate of Completion and will earn the required contact hours to sit for the CAPM examination.

Module 1:
Introduction to Project Management • Project Management and the Profession • Project Management Framework • Project Management Processes
• Scope Management • CAPM Exam prep questions

Module 2:
Time Management • Cost Management • Quality Management • Communications Management • Human Resources Management • CAPM Exam prep questions

Module 3:
Risk Management • Procurement Management • Stakeholder Management • Integrated Project Management • Test Taking Prep and Tips

Audience:
Mid-career professionals and/or professionals interested in Project Management and/or working in the field. This is an ideal class for beginners in project management who want to earn certification.
