Blackboard Vista

Blackboard Vista is a course management system that provides an integrated set of tools for developing interactive web-based course materials.  Blackboard Vista can be used to teach classes entirely online or to augment traditional face-to-face classes.  With Blackboard Vista you can post course materials, engage students in discussions, post course grades, give tests and quizzes, and more.

Faculty Steps for Requesting/Using Blackboard Vista

Follow the steps below to ensure that you will be ready to use Blackboard Vista for your upcoming courses. Please note Step 1 must be completed before the request for Step 2 can be completed. 

1. Create/Request Blackboard Vista section
2. Request Cross-Listing (Combining Sections)
3. Assigning Course Content from a Previous Course (PDF)
4. Accessing Blackboard Vista
