IT Self-Help: Getting Started With Outlook Web Access




  1. Open your web browser and navigate to http://webmail.ccsu.edu

  2. The CCSU Outlook Web Access log on page will open.

  3. Enter your BlueNet Account Username and Password.

  4. Click on Log On. Outlook Web Access will open and your CCSU e-mail will be displayed.


Note: Before clicking on Log On, you may want to change the following settings: 
Client:
  • Premium - Provides all the features of Outlook Web Access.
  • Basic - Provides fewer features, but faster performance than the Premium client.
Security:
  • Public or shared computer - Select this option if you are using a shared computer in a public location. This option will automatically log you out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
  • Private computer - Select this option if you are using a private computer at home or in your office. This option will automatically log you out after 24 hours of inactivity.
