Online Bill Viewing       

Monthly usage charges for landline telephones are available for online viewing. You may use this system to access individual or departmental bills (depending on your permission level).

Viewing Bills

1. Navigate to www.pinnacle.ct.edu/pinnprod/app/web/main/index.pshtml .
2. Click on Customer Portal to view an individual or Departmental Portal to view a departmental bill.
3. Enter your BlueNet Account username and password, then click on the Login button.

The Account Information screen provides a variety of options for viewing and printing your bill.
