Policymakers and elected officials of Connecticut’s public sector, and leadership of Connecticut’s private sector gathered together at CCSU to learn about opportunities presented by public-private partnerships.
Governor Dan Malloy gave the keynote address and encouraged the 150 in attendance to think creatively in pursuing economic development and serving the public good. The conference was sponsored by CPPSR, the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships and the state’s Office of Policy and Management.
