Central Authors announces Fall 2022 tapings

The CCSU Barnes and Noble Bookstore and the CCSU Media Center present "Central Authors," Central’s cable television show featuring faculty, staff, and alumni talking about their books. The series airs on approximately 20 cable outlets throughout Connecticut. (Check local listings.)

All tapings begin at 12:15 p.m. in the CCSU bookstore.

Wednesday, Sept. 21: "Beatrice’s Ledger: Growing Up in the Jim Crow South" by Vivian Martin (Journalism)

Wednesday, Sept. 28: "The Politics of Massachusetts Exceptionalism: Reputation Meets Reality" by Jerold Duquette (Political Science)

Wednesday, Oct. 19: "Apocalypse and Heroism in Popular Culture: Allegories of White Masculinity in Crisis" by Katherine Sugg (English)

Wednesday, Oct. 26: "Gen Ed" by Daniel Mulcahy (professor emeritus)

Wednesday, Nov. 16: "Epically Earnest" by Molly Horan (alumna)

Wednesday, Nov. 30: "Gobbo: A Solitaire's Opera" by David Cappella (professor emeritus)
