Marcus White Student Technology Center
Also known as the Marcus White Computer Lab
The Student Technology Center, located in Marcus White, Room 100, is the main general
purpose computer lab on campus for students, faculty, and staff. The Center has 240
computers, a mix of Dell PCs and Apple Macintosh computers. The Center offers B&W
and Color printing, scanners, and access to the campus wireless network. Everyone
who enters the STC is required to show a valid CCSU Blue Chip ID card.
Applications are now being accepted for Fall 2017 employment in the STC. Candidates must
have a excellent customer service skills, a good working knowledge of a wide variety
of computer software applications, and must be reliable. Interviews will take place
in mid-July. Be sure to follow the instructions on the top of the form. Please look
at the completed form before emailing to make sure it is not blank.
Do you need some training on how to use SPSS, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Photoshop,
or Adobe Premiere (video editing software on the Mac)? We are no longer offering
workshops but you can schedule some one-on-one time with one of our experienced staff.

Students have the ability to print documents directly from laptops, mobile devices, email, and the web to a Print Station in the STC, Library, and Student Center. For further information click here.
