Transfer students are an important part of Central — we enroll about 1,000 each year! Whether you are transferring from a community or four-year college, we make your transition to Central Connecticut State University as seamless and easy as possible

Transfer Credit Equivalencies

We have created a simple web utility to calculate how many of your credits are likely to be accepted at Central. While generally accurate, results are not official. All equivalencies will be validated upon your acceptance to Central. 

IMPORTANT: The 12 Connecticut community colleges are merging to create CT State Community College. Our transfer equivalency website is in the process of being updated to include new CT State Community College transfer equivalencies for coursework completed in Fall 2023 and later. Until this is complete, please refer to this draft transfer file to assist with CT State Community College transfer equivalencies.
