French Garden

Travel to France with us and discover why this country is the most popular tourist destination in the world. This program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive experience of France. You will learn about and enjoy the beautiful cities of Paris and Annecy and Giverny.

While in Paris, students will have a historical tour of the city, a cruise on the Seine river, and guided visits of world class museums and landmarks, such as the Eifel Tower, the Palace of Versailles (most beautiful castle in the world), etc. Students will travel to Normandy (Giverny) to visit the beautiful garden of renown painter Claude Monet. This garden includes the famous Japanese Bridge, the Water Lily Pound, Monnet’s garden, house (a museum), etc. Students will experience the famous Parisian cafés, attend and enjoy live festivities and parade of Bastille Day (on July 14). Students will learn to use the Parisian metro, and will have free time to enjoy the city of Paris (the City of Lights).

Next, our trip will take us to the beautiful city of Annecy (East of France), nicknamed The Venice of Alps. Annecy is located in the French Alps, by a beautiful lake with crystal clear water, and only 45mn from Geneva, Switzerland. In addition to cultural and historical tours of the region, students will enjoy water activities (swimming, kayak, pedal boat, etc.), musical festivities, the regional cuisine, etc. While in Annecy, students will have a day trip to Geneva, Switzerland.

Our trip will end with a free day back to Paris prior to our departure on the following day. This trip is a once in a lifetime experience at an affordable price.

The $2,595 travel cost does not include airfare or airport transportation in the USA. Students, please work with Professor Zadi on the flight information.
