Registration & Payment Information
Registration continues until classes begin. Register early to secure your seat!
Payment for Summer Session is required at the time of registration. You must check your online eBill for confirmation of payment or anticipated credits to secure your summer registration.
Students enrolled in Summer 2023 who do not meet the payment deadline prior to May 13, 2023 may be dropped from their classes. Students enrolled in a payment plan or with a deferment posted to their account will not be dropped for non-payment.
Students who register after the drop for non-payment deadline WILL NOT be dropped for non-payment. Students will incur a financial obligation to the university if payment is not received or if they do not drop prior to the course refund deadline. A student will be charged for the class even if the student never attends class meetings.
It is a student's responsibility to officially drop courses they are no longer attending. If a student is not officially dropped, the student may receive an "F" grade for the course and any/all fees apply.
Registering for Classes
If you are interested in taking advantage of the wide variety of courses available at Central Connecticut State University, you can register in one of three ways through the Registrar's Office.
1. Register Via the Web/Email
Former CCSU students can register through CentralPipeline-WebCentral. From CentralPipeline, click on WebCentral to log into your BlueNet account. Once logged in, click on the Registration/Records tab and select Registration/Add Drop Classes. If you’ve forgotten your BlueNet Account UserName or Password, visit Accounts Management. For new students, please fill out the Registration Form by clicking on the link above “Registration Form (PDF)".

2. In Person

Important Payment Information
Once you are registered, you must make payment online through the TouchNet Payment Portal using Visa, Amex, Master Card, Discover or eCheck. Failure to pay at the time of registration may result in either your course(s) being dropped or your account being sent to collections.
A student who has received at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher education institution is considered a graduate level student and is assessed the graduate tuition and fee rates for course credit regardless of the course level.
Books, Parking and Blue Chip Card (Student ID) information:
Once you are registered, visit the Bookstore for required texts.
The Card Office can provide information on student parking and how to obtain a Blue Chip student identification card.
Please note: All students will need to verify their permanent address, submit a name and address of someone as your emergency contact, and supply a local address (if you have one) before proceeding to registration.
Summer Session Refund Policy
(Applies to 5-week and 3-week courses only)
100% refund through the first 3 calendar days of the term
60% refund during the 4th, 5th, and 6th calendar day of the term
40% refund during the 7th, 8th, and 9th calendar day of the term
No refund after the 9th calendar day of the term
(Full-term and 8-week courses)
100% refund through the first week of the term
60% refund during the second week of the term
40% refund during the third and fourth week of the term
No refund after the fourth week of the term
Registration and online fees are non-refundable.
