Fitness programs are offered by Campus Recreation to improve the health and wellness

Fitness programs are offered by Campus Recreation to improve the health and wellness of all members of the CCSU community. All classes are held in C.J. Huang Recreation Center and they enhance the overall atmosphere on campus. Students, faculty and staff will be able to perform better both mentally and physically.

Our Fitness Classes

We provide sweat inducing fitness classes every week! Just come in your workout clothes to the C.J. Huang Recreation Center to join the class, no sign ups needed! Typical classes are 45 minutes to an hour.

Club Sports provides students the opportunity to participate in a competitive sport against other intercollegiate teams. Different than Intramurals, clubs regularly participate in scheduled practices at least twice a week and employ coaches to manage the team and run practices. Another difference is that Club Sports travel to compete against other universities.

Classes are completely free and open to all full and part-time students and faculty!
