Fitness programs are offered by Campus Recreation to improve the health and wellness of all members of the CCSU community. All classes are held in Mid-Campus Fitness Studio and enhance the overall atmosphere on campus. Students, faculty and staff will be able to perform better both mentally and physically.
Our Fitness Classes
We provide sweat inducing fitness classes every week! Just come in your workout clothes to the Mid-Campus Fitness Studio to join the class, no sign ups needed! Typical classes are 45 minutes to an hour.
