Graduate Research & Creative Presentation Event

The Graduate Research and Creative Presentation Event is open to participation from any graduate student completing research, special projects, or any other creative work at CCSU. 

If you are a graduate student who is interested in participating in this event, you can download the Graduate Student Application for Presentations to be completed and submitted.  You will find all the guidelines and directions for submission on this form.

Please note the following deadlines for participation in this event:
*Monday, April 7, 2014: The Application for Presentation must be completed and returned to the Office of Graduate Studies.
*Friday, April 18, 2014: Abstract must be submitted electronically by e-mail to the Office of Graduate Studies.
*Participating students must be available on the scheduled day of the event. Students should report to the Student Center, Alumni Hall at 4:00pm to sign in and set up their posters/display.

All faculty members are encouraged to sponsor graduate students who wish to participate in the Graduate Research and Creative Presentation Event.  Students should contact their sponsoring faculty member to support their submission form.

The Goal of the Graduate Research and Creative Presentation Event is to provide a forum for Scholarly Inquiry: To foster a spirit of intellectual curiosity, reflective thinking, and the application of rigor in the evolving formation of knowledge.  It highlights the outstanding scholarly and creative achievements of graduate students throughout CCSU and fosters a vibrant learning community that crosses all disciplines to reflect a Community of Scholars: Active and ongoing participation, communication, and interaction of faculty and students around a shared commitment, to the advancement of knowledge through innovation and research.
