Walk-in Technology Support
We provide In-person technology support for your portable computer and campus technology. Services include computer configurations to access the campus network, virus and spyware removal, remote application configuration, assistance with campus systems (CentralPipeline, WebCentral-Banner Web), software training and more. We provide support to all faculty, staff and students.
Due to liability, we cannot repair personal hardware (i.e.hardware crashes, memory installation, blue screen).
Support Location and Hours
We have one Walk-in Technology Support location for your convenience. No appointments necessary. Support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Special Beginning-of-Semester Hours
Monday, August 26 - Thursday, August 29: 9am - 5pm
Friday, August 30: 9am - 4pm
Tuesday, September 3 - Thursday, September 5: 9am - 5pm
Friday, September 6: 10am - 4pm
Regular Hours (beginning Monday, September 9): Monday - Thursday 10am - 5pm, Friday 10am - 4pm
