Functional Movement and Posture Screens
Functional Movement Screen (FMS) helps determine strengths and weaknesses before beginning an exercise program. Testing includes deep squat, hurdle step, in-line lunch, shoulder mobility, active straight leg raise, trunk stability pushup, and quadruped rotary stability test.
Testing takes approximately 60 minutes; report includes an overview of the test and results, as well as a personal consultation to discuss ways to improve movement.
