2013 CHINESE NEW YEAR AT CCSU (Year of the Snake)

Governor Dannel Malloy spoke at a reception in the Constitution Room, preceding the annual Chinese New Year's Gala held in Welte Hall, on Saturday, January 26, 2013

The Chinese Culture Center, along with the Confucius Institute and the East Asian Center at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU), presented a Chinese New Year Gala on Saturday, January 26, 2013, in Welte Hall at CCSU.

Established in 1980, the cultural center has been a leader in promoting better understanding of Chinese culture and providing after-school Chinese language classes for children in central Connecticut over 30 years.
