Sponsored by the IMRP and The Governor William A. O'Neill Endowed Chair in Public Policy and Practical Politics. The purpose of the conference was to raise awareness of the impact of incarceration on children and their families on a local, state, and national level. Attendees discussed amongst each other the current and potential policy actions aimed at positively impacting children with an incarcerated parent.

A forum to discuss the cost and effectiveness of current and potential drug policy in Connecticut amongst policy makers and stake holders. The event featured several Connecticut gubernatorial candidates.
