Graduate Student Housing Options
Resident Hall Housing On Campus
On campus housing is available and a limited number of spaces are available for full-time, matriculated, graduate students. Because there are no apartments or suites with kitchens, it is mandatory for all students living on–campus to be on the meal plan.
Semester housing payments do not include spring break, winter break or summer sessions. However, students may request to stay during these times for additional fees as long as they are registered for classes. During winter and summer sessions, students may need to be moved to another residence hall and not able to remain in their same room.
For on-campus living polices please refer to our Student Handbook and the On-Campus Living Guide.
If you are interested in applying for housing, please visit ResLife and click “How to Apply”
For payments and conditions of fees, please see the Bursars website.
Applications received on or before 12/1 will be given first consideration. Housing for graduate students will be offered in the order of receipt of application, on a first come, first serve basis.
Living Learning Community for Graduate Students
Recognizing the distinct wants and needs of CCSU Graduate Students, this LLC provides a centralized space to live, share, and develop a greater sense of community. Each month, the Associate Vice President of Graduate Studies, Research, and Faculty Development will share dinner with students, facilitate writing workshops, and facilitate a professional development series tailored to the needs of graduate students.
