Memorial Gifts

Memorial or honorary gifts can be an especially meaningful way to commemorate a loved one or celebrate a personal milestone while also benefitting CCSU.

You can make a gift to CCSU in memory of someone special by establishing a named fund for a particular purpose, contributing to an existing fund (donors using our secure online gift website will be prompted for memorial gift information), or helping to further beautify our campus by dedicating a garden, bench, lamp post, or memorial stone or other landscaping feature in their memory.

Obituary Information

Should you wish to include information in an obituary to direct memorial gifts to CCSU, we offer the following sample wording:

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the CCSU Foundation, in memory of [individual’s name].
Checks may be made payable to CCSU Foundation and mailed to:
The CCSU Foundation Inc., PO Box 612, New Britain, CT  06050-9921
