COVID-19 Procedures

Paper paychecks will continue to be mailed from the Comptroller's Office until further notice.  If you currently are not set up for direct deposit, here is the link:  Direct Deposit.  If you need to change the address that is currently on file in CORE-CT, please contact D'Lon Wilcox at wilcoxd@ccsu.edu.

The following timesheet codes will be used by Student Workers, COOPs and UAs (University Assistants):

    1. REG – will be entered by either the Student Workers/COOPs/UAs or the supervisor, depending on the process that is in place for the unit, for hours actually worked on campus.
    2. REGTC – will be entered by either the Student Workers/COOPs/UAs or the supervisor, depending on the process that is in place for the unit, for hours actually worked remotely (teleworking). In addition enter TCC19 as the Override Reason Code.
