Qi Gong (Tuesdays 3:00-3:45 pm and Fridays 10:00-10:45 am)

  • Exercise the body and the mind for strength and peace
  • Increase health both physically and mentally and alleviate stress

Self-Defense (Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30-11:00 am)

  • Learn various skills and motions for defense from Chinese martial arts
  • Learn to assess the best moves for the situation
