A: Work with your academic advisor:

Fill the course substitution form, here.

Have your academic advisor’s initials on the form.

Have your academic advisor forward the form to the Department Chairperson

Form submitted by the student cannot be accepted.
 

Q: How do I request a course override?

Request the course instructor to sign and forward the form to the department.

Incomplete form cannot be processed.

Q: How do I change my major or add a minor (such as Networking Tech, Graphics Tech, Cybersecurity Tech)?
