Recreation isn’t just about being physically active, it also encompasses emotional well-being and health. In an effort to help our students and staff feel more connected, we will be offering different ways to increase emotional well-being.
REC Daily Zen
Sign up to receive the REC Daily Zen - subscribe to a moment of zen that will be delivered to your inbox daily. Each day of the week will feature different activities, ways to promote relaxation, and motivation.
REC Reads
Student-run book club, open to all CCSU students! Members can read the book of the month on their own time. Book club meets once at the end of each month through Microsoft Teams, providing students a space to connect and engage in meaningful discussions about the entire book of the month. Students get a free shirt for attending!
