Aerobic Boxing: Aerobic boxing, or aerobic kickboxing, is a type of physical fitness activity that incorporates principles of aerobics in with boxing moves. Aerobic boxing engages muscles throughout the entire body and increases the heart rate simultaneously, making it a great aerobic and strength training exercise.

Yoga: In this class, the basic yoga poses are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also incorporated in more ways than one. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. With modifications for all, this class is designed for all ability levels. The instructor has created a flow in which is easy to follow and has exciting poses. This class is also a great workout for athletes who need deep stretches and muscle relaxation.

Zumba: Zumba is a fitness class that combines music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness. This is an aerobic activity that allows participants to have a full body workout. With fun and upbeat music, participants do not feel as it is as much as a workout than a typical gym workout. The instructor provides modifications to make this class accessible to all ability levels.

STRONG by Zumba: STRONG by Zumba™ is a High Intensity Interval Training [HIIT] class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition. ...This class will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. ...you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.

Circuit Training: Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session. Circuit training will usually involve 6-12 exercises and should be structured in a way that enables you to keep performing the exercises with good technique and very short rest intervals.
