4. Family and Community engagement strategies that promote student academic growth and social-emotional well-being.
5. Strategies that promote engagement and greater input in decisions impacting teaching and learning
6. One-to-one peer coaching
7. Organizing and facilitating professional development 
8. Innovative research and lesson study, (e.g., Japanese Lesson Study in which participants collaboratively research, plan, teach and observe a series of lessons, using ongoing discussion, reflection and input to track and refine interventions) 
9. Understanding how to find and apply for grants that support collaboration and creative instructional strategies

F. System coherence and continuous improvement strategies

G. Teacher Leader Fellowship Program sustainability and scalability (year 2):

1. Develop an increasing number of Fellows and Associates to provide more opportunities for teachers
2. Train Fellows in strategies, such as adult learning theory and other knowledge diffusion models, to improve the delivery of PD and training to their peers
