When and where is it?
ResNet Walk-In support is available for the entire
Spring 2008 semester in Barrows Hall 7th floor Penthouse
with the schedule specified in the below table. We will
be close during any holidays observed by the University
and any cancellation during inclement weather as
specified by the snow phone (832-3333) or posts on
http://www.ccsu.edu/cancellation/.
Who is it for?
Walk-In Support is for residential students that need help with wireless issues, viruses, Windows update errors, connecting their computers to the residential network, and other ResNet related problems.
What do I need to bring?
If you have a laptop, all you need is your laptop and the power AC Adapter. If you have a desktop, all you need to bring is the tower or desktop; you don't have to bring your monitor, mouse, keyboard and cables.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
You do NOT need to schedule an appointment, just drop by and we will help you! However, please try to come by in the beginning of Walk-In hours as we may need some time to diagnose the problem.
