If you are having trouble connecting to the internet, whether you can't access any web sites, Clean Access Agent won't load, or you have no clue at all, this is where you can start.
First step is to try the
getting connected page and follow the directions to see if that solves your problem.
If that doesn't help, give the ITS Help Desk a call. They can be reach at (860) 832-1720. An ITS technician will provide you with over the phone support to try to assist you.
If your issue is unable to be resolved over the phone, a ResNet technician will come to your room to look at your computer. Make sure you give accurate information to the Help Desk, including your name, room, and a phone number you can be reached, preferably with a voicemail (area codes other than 203 or 860 will not work).
After that, you will be contacted between the hours of 6 PM and 10 PM Sunday through Wednesday to schedule an appointment that is best for you.
