Undergraduate New Transfer / Readmit Students

 

Applying, Acceptance and Confirmation

Full Time New Transfer & Readmit students must first pay the Confirmation Fee once accepted.  Part Time students do not need to pay the Confirmation Fee.

Once confirmed, you should create your CentralPipeline account.  Click here to set up your CentralPipeline account.
(CCSU’s CentralPipeline offers you a single-password, anytime, anywhere access to campus resources such as current CentralPipeline information, Registration, Grades, Outlook Web email and calendar, WebCT, your M: / drive files and more.   CentralPipeline is a campus web portal, providing features such as personal and campus announcements, Groups and a customizable My Headlines page.)

 

Advisement & Registration Dates

Fall 2008 Early Advisement Period: March 24 - April 4, 2008

Fall 2008 Early Registration Period: April 7 - April 18, 2008

Continuing Registration Period: April 28 , 2008 - September 2, 2008 (start of classes)

Fall 2008 Registration is unavailable April 21 - April 27, 2008

 

Early registration appointment times are based on earned credits (including transfer credits accepted by Admissions but not counting currently enrolled Spring 2008 credits).  Click here for the Early Registration Appointment Schedule.

 

Before you can register, you must:

  1. Create your CentralPipeline account, if you have already not done so.
     

  2. Find your earliest assigned registration date.  Click here for the Early Registration Appointment Schedule.
     

  3. Think about the courses you'd like to take and need for your program.  Review your transcript and degree evaluation (which are both viewable through CentralPipeline).
     

  4. Meet with your academic advisor to discuss course selection and to get your Alternate PIN Number, which is required for registering for classes.  If you do not know your advisor, contact your major department or the Advising Center if you are undecided.
     

  5. Pay all past due balances and check your registration status (and make make sure you have no registration holds).  You can check your registration status by logging in to CentralPipeline.  (Login, click on the Student tab, then click "Registration, Add/Drop Classes", then "Check your registration status".)

 

Registration Information

 

 

Register through CentralPipeline (login, click on the Student tab, then click "Registration, Add/Drop Classes", then "Registration, Add/Drop Classes, Make Payment", then select the term.)

 

Please note: All students will need to verify their permanent address, submit a name and address of someone as your emergency contact, and supply a local address (if you have one) before proceeding to registration.
