The University takes a "snapshot" of key data elements each semester.  Freeze dates are scheduled three weeks after the first day of classes.  Information on admissions, enrollment, instructional activity, degrees conferred and employees are collected and stored. The census files then become the official source of our University statistics for the semester and the academic year.
