The Connecticut Alliance to Benefit Law Enforcement (CABLE) held its fifth statewide Advanced Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) symposium entitled "Mental Illness Across the Spectrum." Law enforcement officials from across the state gathered learn more about the role of mental illness in the criminal justice system.
