We Allies!

Allies are a very important part of the LGBTQA community. There are many people who believe in treating ALL people equal, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity/expression and still identify as straight/heterosexual.

If you are interested in learning more about being an ally, sign up for a Safe Zone workshop or just stop by the center! Everyone is welcome to hang out and and meet new people. You can also attend any of the following:

Homework Party: Every Monday from 3:00pm-5:00pm the LGBT Center devotes 2 full hours for you to get a jump on your week’s worth of assignments

Inside-Out: A peer discussion group that meets every Wednesday from 6pm-7pm in the CCSU LGBT Center, 3rd Floor, Student Center. Everyone is welcome regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

Coffee talk: Join us every Thursday from 12:30pm-2:00pm as we discuss the hot topics! Bring a lunch, grab a seat, and make some new friends
