Public Affairs Committee

Mission Statement: The mission of the Public Affairs Committee will be to address matters concerning policy at the town, state and federal level, as well as providing marketing and promotions on behalf of the Student Government Association. The Public Affairs Committee will also be responsible for putting together Senate related events, including, but not limited to, on campus events and conferences.

Leadership Conference

The Student Government will be sponsoring nine student leaders to attend the National Center for Student Leadership (NCSL) conference on April 4-7, 2013 in Boston, Massachusetts. Applications for the conference will be available on Nov. 12^th in the SGA office (Student Center room 211) and will be due by Nov. 30^th. All are encouraged to apply!
