New Program to Help More
CT Students Achieve College
Education
|
|
Central's historic commitment
to providing access to a
college education for a
broad range of students
is taking on a new shape.
The University is participating
in the new "Access 2 Success"
program, aimed at increasing
the proportion of low income
and minority students who
enroll in and graduate from
college.
While directed primarily at those populations,
the program will benefit
all students through new policies
to keep students on track
to graduate, by increasing
support services to students,
such as advising, tutoring,
and mentoring, and by finding
the resources to ensure
that students with financial
need can afford to attend
college. More information

Upcoming Alumni Events
|
|
The University is hosting several
alumni events in January & February,
including 3 in Florida. That's not
very fair to those of us stuck in
Connecticut, but, then again, it
will be easier for us to catch several
terrific Blue Devil basketball events,
right here in New Britain. To learn
