All K-12 Classes must register no later than March 26nd, 2012
Deadline for bus funding requests: March 23rd, 2012
When you register for the events, please be sure to have an estimate of the number of students you anticipate coming. One week prior to the event, we will touch base with you to confirm the number of students attending, bus parking information and answer any additional questions.

Bus Funding (K-12)
We understand that with the current economy that finding funds for school field trips may be difficulty for some school districts. This year we are able to offer some financial support towards the cost of transportation. We ask that you only request funding for transportation if your town/school/class has a genuine need. A maximum of $100 will be available per school district.
To request funds for transportation, please contact Lauren Payne at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to provide the following information:
- Contact Information
- School and School district
- Number of students you intend to bring
- Total cost of transportation (transportation provider information and estimate from provider required)
Registration in advance (by March 22) is only required for the Lunch (only 120 seats). But, we do encourage you to register in advance for other events to help us prepare.
