Spanning three floors, the Barnard Hall education murals were painted in the Spring of 2008. That semester, mural students were commissioned by CCSU School of Education to create art dedicated to both the history of education and it's contemporary challenges--a series of paintings which is now the largest set of murals on campus. Located in the south-west stairwell, the murals are open to the public during CCSU's hours of operation.
Also in Barnard Hall (but not part of the education series) are the below murals.
