Unless otherwise noted, all bids are due, in sealed envelopesclearly marked with the bid number, bid due date/time, and bidder's name and address, at 3:00 PM on the specified date.
It is the vendor's responsibility to check the website for addenda or other changes to the bid prior to the bid opening. The bidder will be held to the terms and conditions of the bid and all addenda.
Effective October 1, all affidavits, certifications and nondiscrimination forms required from vendors are now obtained through a completely automated system where a company can upload the required documents, and the agencies can review these documents online.
