Project Description
This project provides for the design-build construction of a new seven (7) story residence hall to be located between the Student Center Garage and Ella Grasso Boulevard. The building is estimated to be 220,000 gross square feet with a capacity of approximately six hundred and thirty-seven (637) beds.

Project Status Report
Criteria architect is currently working on the program of the building. This is a design/build project. The short list of design/build firms for the design and construction will be determined in the Fall 2011. The design/build team will be selected in the Spring 2012.
