Kaiser Hall Gymnasium HVAC Improvements (CSUS 2020)
(Estimated Project Cost: $1,200,000)

Project Description
This project provides for the installation of a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for the University's gymnasium and adjacent facilities. Constructed in 1965, Kaiser Hall houses the University’s athletic, physical education and recreation departments. The facility was designed without air conditioning or provisions to increase ventilation. A new air handler will be introduced into the existing Fan Room and will be utilized as the source of heating and cooling. Installation of new ductwork, air diffusers, drain pans and direct digital temperature controls will be included as part of this project. The scope of this project will also include the replacement of four air handling units.
