Henry Barnard Hall Roof Replacement and Entrance Improvements (CSUS 2020)

Project Description

 This project provides for the replacement of the 18,500 square foot, flat built-up roof on Henry Barnard Hall with a new-pitched copper roof system and the relocation of current mechanical equipment.  

A mechanical room will be developed within the attic void created by the pitched roof and will house four (4) future (steam and chilled water) air handling units of approximately 20,000 CFM (50 tons) each, along with fresh air intake grilles.  This will allow for future connection to the campus central heating and cooling system.  Project includes entryway and canopy improvements.
