Welte and Kaiser Window Replacement (CSUS 2020)
(Estimated Project Cost: $646,000)

Project Description
This project provides for the replacement of the outdated windows in Welte and Kaiser Halls. Welte Hall was constructed in 1964 and Kaiser Hall in 1965.
This project will consist of removing all of the existing single-pane window structures and replacing them with high-efficiency low E rated window structures. In addition to the aesthetic improvements to the building, the new window systems will reduce glare and improve the interior environmental temperature.
