HVAC Improvements Phase II-Extension of Chilled Water (CSUS 2020)

Project Description
The project will extend new chilled water piping lines into three existing buildings – Kaiser Hall, Willard Hall, and DiLoreto Hall. New chilled water piping will also be extended to four additional buildings. These pipes will then be capped to provide connection points for future use. Work under this project will provide chilled water for the completion of two other projects currently in design. This project is key to support future renovations and construction on campus.
