Davidson Hall Window Replacement Phase II (CSUS 2020)

Project Description
Phase I of this project, which was completed in February 2010, provided for the replacement of 172 windows located within the first and second floors of the main building. Phase II will provide for the replacement of up to an additional fifty-seven (57) windows, sidelights and window assemblies in the south wing and the areas on each side of Founders Hall. Restoration work will include the removal and replacement of existing window sashes, screens, deteriorated frames, and hardware.
