Summer Trips
( New York Mets Game + Block Island)
Trip #1 Sunday June 17th
NY METs vs. the Cincinnati Reds. Depart Student Center Circle at 9:00a.m. to Citi Field for 1:10p.m. game. We have secured seats on the. “Pepsi Porch” located in right field right behind the foul pole. So bring your glove and be prepared to catch a home run. It is also Keith Hernandez Bobble Head day so we have planned an early departure to increase your chances securing the give-away of the day. There are 100 Tickets are on Sale at Centix now.
Ticket Price
$25.00 students
$30.00 faculty/staff,
$40.00 guest,
$25.00 supervised youth 16 and under.
One student or staff priced ticket per I.D. Two guest or youth tickets per I.D. No Alcohol or large coolers permitted on bus. Trip includes round trip coach transportation and seat at the game.
Trip #2 Saturday July 14th
Join us for a Day excursion to Block Island Rhode Island. Bus departs 6:00a.m. from Student Center Circle for Pt. Judith Rhode Island Ferry to Block Island which departs at 9:30 and arrives at 10:30 a.m. Enjoy the day on of Block Islands many beaches, rent a bicycle, or simply shop and eat. Ferry departs the island at 7:00p.m to return to Pt. Judith where the bus will depart around 8:15 p.m. to have us back to campus for about 10:30 or 11:00p.m.
Tickets are
$15.00 for students
$20.00 for faculty/staff
$25.00 for guests,
$15.00 for supervised youth (ages 5-11yrs).
One ticket may be purchases at student/staff rate per ID. Two guest or youth tickets per I.D. Trip includes roundtrip coach bus and ferry transportation to the Island. The Island itinerary is “on your own”.
*A limited number of bicycles may be stored under the bus at your own risk. An additional charge of $6.40 will be collected upon departure or paid at port by those with confirmed bicycle reservations. Please indicate interest in bringing bicycle at point of ticket purchase and number you wish to bring so we may follow-up with you closer to the trip date regarding space availability

2. Intramurals: The weather may be cold and snowy, but outdoor intramural softball, kickball, and floor hockey are around the corner. Join an intramural basketball team now while you wait to get outside. The Intramural Program has some new things planned for the spring so visit IMLeagues page for future events and how to sign up for intramurals.
3. Fitness Centers: View our new Fitness Center hours and come stop by at one our three locations.We have three fully equipped fitness centers in convenient locations with free weights, guided weight machines, and cardio equipment.
4. Club Sports: Want a more competitive atmosphere than intramurals? Join a club …we have 16 different club sports ranging from karate, dance, to lacrosse. Don’t see a club that interests you then look to start your own.
