Dr. Antonio García Lozada is professor at the Modern Languages Department and serves as the University Ombudsperson.

Dr. Garcia Lozada has completed training in the basic theory and practice of the Ombuds profession, sponsored by the International Ombudsman Association. The University Ombudsperson at CCSU adheres to the Code of Ethics and the Standards of Practice of the International Ombudsman Association.
